Stress Management Workshop

Stress is a positive force, but it all depends on you. Physiologists have identified two types of stresses, eustress and distress. And the nature of this stress is determined by your response to it. While no one can control external factors that cause stress, understanding how to manage your mind in such situations is the answer.
